Defective, Faulty or Damaged Items
1.1. If a product develops a fault or arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. To make a claim:1.1.1. Contact Lighting Magic with your order details and description of the issue using email service@lightingmagic.au
1.1.2. Provide the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
1.1.3. Provide licensed electrician invoices and electrical certificate will be required.
1.1.4. Provide clear images or documentation where possible.
1.1.5. We’ll guide you through the process and determine an appropriate resolution.
1.1.6. A statutory warranty claim is different from a change-of-mind return and is handled separately.
